Vaccine Appointments Available This Week

• Downsview Arena

Date: May 5^th, 2021.

Time: 10:00 – 20:00 (or until supply runs out)

Eligibility: Adults aged 18 and older living or working in M3J, M3K, M3L, M3M, M3N, M6B, M6L, M6M, M9L, M9M, M9N or M9P.

No appointment is necessary.

Date(s) May 6^th, and 7^th, 2021 / May 8^th, 2021 (10:30 to 17:00)

Time: 13:30 and 20:00 (or until supply runs out)

Eligibility: Adults aged 18 and older living in M6M, M6N or M9N.

No appointment necessary.

• George Harvey Collegiate Institute

Date: May 5^th, 2021

Time: 10:00 – 19:00 (or until supply runs out)

Eligibility: Adults aged 18 and older living OR working in M6M, M6N and M9N postal codes.

No appointment necessary.

Time: 9:00 – 17:00

Eligibility: Adults aged 18 and older living in M9R, M9V, M9W, L4T, L6S, L6P or L6T.

• Scarborough Village Rec Centre (3600 Kingston Road)

Time: 9:00 – 21:00

Eligibility: Adults aged 18 and older living in M1M.

Appointments will be given out first thing in the morning on a first come, first served basis.

• St. Florence Catholic School (101 Murison Boulevard)

Eligibility: Adults aged 18 and older living in M1B.

Appointments will be given out first thing in the morning on a first come, first served basis.

• Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (100 Stokes Street)

Date(s): May 5^th and 6^th, 2021

Time: 9:00 until supply runs out each day

Eligibility: Adults aged 18 and older living in M6K.

No appointment necessary – first come, first served.

• Warden Hilltop Community Centre (25 Mendelssohn Street)

Date(s): May 5^th, 6^th, 7^th and 8^th, 2021

Time: 8:00 until supply runs out

Eligibility: Adults aged 18 and older living in M1B, M1E, M1G, M1L, M1J, M1K, M1M, M1P,M1R or Crescent Town.

No appointment necessary – first come, first served.

• Seneca College Vaccine Clinic (1750 Finch Avenue E)

Date(s): May 8^th and 9^th, 2021

Time: 9:00 – 19:00

Eligibility: Adults aged 18 and older living in M2M, M2R, M3H, M3A

Appointments to be made via North York General Hospital

NOTE: Sunnybrook have launched a daily standby opportunity for people eligible for the COVID-19 vaccine. Should individuals be contacted, they should be able to attend Sunnybrook’s Bayview Campus at 19:00. A form will appear on Sunnybrook’s standby webpage between 10:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m., the list will close at 12:30 everyday and the team will randomly select 10 people to attend the clinic at 19:00. Those individuals will then be given random numbers and will be selected should there be excess supply. It is important to remember, you are not guaranteed to have a vaccine, this is a standby list and may only be selected if there is excess supply.
